We connect specialized Mexican engineers with U.S. manufacturing companies through the TN visa. We manage the full process: from talent sourcing and technical assessment, to interview preparation, visa documentation, and 90-day post-arrival integration support.

Mexico has a strong, deeply trained engineering workforce, and the TN visa under USMCA creates a legal, efficient pathway exclusively available to Mexican and Canadian citizens. We focus here because we understand this talent deeply, the culture, and the bilateral context. It's not a limitation, it's a specialization.

Traditional agencies fill vacancies. We build relationships. We work with a select number of clients and candidates at a time, not a high-volume conveyor belt. We stay involved through the engineer's first 90 days in the U.S. because a successful placement means both the company and the person genuinely thrive.

We are a talent placement firm, not an immigration attorney's office. We guide the TN visa documentation process and work alongside legal counsel when needed. The TN visa is employer-supported and, for Mexican engineers, processed through a U.S. consulate appointment. Our role is to prepare the full documentation package so the application is clean and complete before the interview.

We primarily serve manufacturing companies in the South and Midwest: automotive, food & beverage, plastics, electronics, aerospace, and general manufacturing. If you're a company outside these areas with a specific need, reach out. We evaluate each situation individually.

We're a small team of professionals who grew up in the U.S.–Mexico border region. We share lived experience across both cultures, and collectively bring expertise in operations, business development, and technology. We're building something we'd want to exist if we were the engineer, or the company, on the other side of the table.
