1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and The Bridgewell Group LLC, a Nevada limited liability company operating as "ACE & Bridgewell" ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing www.aceandbridgewell.com, registering through our forms, or interacting with our team through any channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

We provide specialized recruiting services, which may include:

• Evaluation and selection of Mexican engineering talent
• Connecting candidates with manufacturers in the United States
• Orientation on the TN visa process under the USMCA
• Support during the integration and onboarding process
• Educational resources such as guides, articles, and preparation tools

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We act as a recruiting intermediary; we are not an employer of candidates and are not a party to the employment relationship between a candidate and a client company.

3. Terms for Candidates

By registering as a candidate, you represent and agree that:

• The information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete
• You own or have the right to share the data you provide (resume, experience, documents)
• You authorize us to share your profile with relevant client companies
• You understand that registration does not guarantee an interview or a job placement
• You agree that your resume and professional information may be uploaded to AI platforms as part of our internal evaluation process
• You will notify us if your situation changes during an active process
• You will not use our services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

Our recruiting services are provided to candidates at no cost. The final hiring decision rests exclusively with the client company.

4. Terms for Client Companies

Companies engaging our recruiting services agree that:

• They will provide accurate job descriptions and clear requirements
• Candidate information is confidential and is to be used only for the selection process
• They will not share candidate profiles with third parties without our written authorization
• Fees, placement guarantees, payment terms, and exclusivity are governed by the signed service agreement between the parties
• They will promptly notify us of any change to the role or requirements

Our standard engagement is a direct hire placement fee. The specific fee and all commercial terms for any engagement are set out in the written service agreement; in the event of any conflict, the signed service agreement controls over these Terms.

5. Immigration Guidance Information

Resources, guides, and content about TN visas, labor migration, and U.S. processes that we publish or share are informational and orientational only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, designs, guides, templates, the logo, and the brand, is the exclusive property of The Bridgewell Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Reproduction, copying, or distribution of content without our prior written authorization is prohibited
• Downloadable guides are for the recipient's personal use only and may not be redistributed for commercial purposes
• Misuse of our brand or materials may result in legal action

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide a quality service, but we do not guarantee:

• That any candidate will obtain an interview or job placement
• That any posted or shared opportunity will remain available
• The accuracy or currency of third-party information (companies, platforms, government agencies)
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bridgewell Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost income or missed opportunities, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the site for unlawful activities or activities that harm others
• Attempt to access restricted areas of our systems
• Interfere with the technical operation of the site
• Scrape or automatically extract content from the site

9. Indemnification

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration seated in the State of Nevada, conducted in English under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. You and we agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of our services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
